A series of homeless belongings “hidden” behind a row of bushes. My theory from a few nights ago about having a “base” or “HQ” and traveling light while going through city might have some evidence.

Not too far from Opera House… tonight I’ll walk back and see if owners are there.

Funny how people will slow down, even pause to read your sign, but when you look up and smile at them, they look away in denial that they ever showed interest.

Sad how people purposely define their route in advance to not be anywhere near someone who MIGHT be homeless.

One bitch just stood in front of me, read the entire sign, then when I smiled and said hello, scampered off like a quail.

Just noticed that there is a bag that hasn’t moved in awhile.

Just made myself look like an over-worried nancy-boy over an innocent bag of newspaper. I am in a major Allied city near a landmark after all. And the morning of 9-11 I vowed that Hackmed wouldn’t get away with anything around me.

Lady just gave me 50 cents without reading sign. Must be realistic (duh) but also, just had a brief chat with Psych major who reminded me of an experiment I forgot about in intro to psych. A doctor put normal people in an asylum to see when the doctors would notice.

They didn’t.

It was the other inmates who did.

Kinda like my luck with real homeless and the people.

MacGyver moment.

The string I tore off my stop watch at beginning of the week, using it to keep sign up against backpack.

Also using bag full of newspaper as a pad for my bumbum. Not much, but still WAY better than the slap itself.

This schmuck is talking about how expensive of a house he lives in to his friends while I sit a foot from his feet. I am very very sorry to call him “fellow countryman”. What is worse is that none of them said “eh” or “ah-boot”, so that takes away the chance to blame Canada.

Just realized this will not work well at night.

Then, if I try to move it closer to the homeless in the Quay, they definitely won’t accept me.

Might head to Noonas just to say hello then walk back from Chinatown.
